Allow the Horse to be your Teacher
Many of us seek and long for connection to ourselves, nature, and other beings. Come drop in to the present moment with me and enjoy the magic of being in the presence of horses.
Research has shown that to feel the healing effects of nature that help us feel healthy and have a strong sense of well-being we have to spend precisely (if not more than) 120 minutes a week. Being in nature is linked to reduced feelings of isolation, experiencing calmness and lifted mood. The way many of us have to live and survive in todays world, leaves us in a nature deficit. The average American spends only 7% of their entire life outside - that includes walking in and out of work.
Horses have so much to teach us, from slowing down and being present to boundaries and self acceptance. It would be an honor to have you come join me, and allow me to help share the wisdom horses have to offer.
