CIara Bennett - Clark
Hello! I am so excited and grateful that you are checking out our website. Thank you for your interest in our farm! We have worked so hard to create this space and are so excited to share it with you.
My name is Ciara Bennett-Clark, I am a professional equestrian and coach, but above all else I am a lifelong horsewoman. I have been immersed in horses for almost as long as I’ve been alive. I have spent most of my life working and training in competitive dressage. I am a USDF Bronze Medalist and soon to be USDF Silver Medalist. I was a working student from ages eleven to eighteen and started being a barn coordinator as well as soon as I could legally work. I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of Lendon Grays Emerging Athletes Program and to learn from many accomplished riders. Majority of my days are spent mostly with horses, learning, training and growing (and shoveling poop :) ). I am currently enrolled in the HERD Institute and working toward my EFL certification (Equine Facilitated Learning). I truly believe that horses are here to be our Wordless Teachers and I feel called to help them teach as many people as we can.
Within my own equestrian journey I have come to learn that horsemanship is more a way of being than doing. My passion is integrating what horses teach me into my life and sharing the important lessons they have to offer us. Deciding to slow down and take time to learn from the horse instead of worrying about performance and going through the motions has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. There is so much to learn from slowing down and going within, we are taught to look outside of ourselves for the answers we seek and until we look inward we will never be satisfied with what we find. This farm and these horses are my passion. Connecting with you all is my passion. I am so happy you are here exploring what our farm has to offer and I cannot wait to connect.
